So i followed this tutorial to install docker on my laptop, i can add the repo and the key but when i run install the output became this. Install Docker Engine Linux Mint

I added the key properly and did the steps to install the items for apt to support HTTPS but looks like it cannot connect to the server. Any ideas what I did wrong?
